Day 7 - Blessings are a Continual Flow

The LORD will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you.

Deuteronomy 28:7

This blessing addresses your future. When the Israelites were in the wilderness, they were in constant worry about their future. In anxiety they would say, “God gave us water, but will He give us meat, also?’ They could not trust God to be faithful throughout the seasons of their life.

But our God is the God of all times, past, present and future. The God who blessed your past can also bless your present. And the God who blessed your past and present is more than able to bless your future. Your heavenly Father KNOWS all the things that you will need. Whether it’s money for college, a mate, a building for your ministry, a place to stay, WHATEVER. God wants us to know that there is a storehouse bigger than Amazon. His storehouse contains everything you need. The door of that storehouse begins to unlock as you walk in obedience.

So, we pray: Father, remove all anxiety from us. Help to have peace and rest in the knowledge that you love us. You are the eternal God and our times are in your hands. Amen.
