Day 3- Blessings on What You Produce

“Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.

Deuteronomy 28:4

You can confidently ask God to bless your offspring. Live in expectancy to see the hand of God upon your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. As you walk in obedience to God, you are sowing seeds of obedience into to the generations which follow you. These seeds will spring up in their lives as fruit of righteousness.

You can also expect God to bless the source of your income. Because the people in the Bible lived in an agricultural society, provision for their families came from the produce of the land and from the livestock. Whatever the source of your income, God will multiply it so that it is more than enough to take care of your needs.

So, we pray: Lord, my children are not really my children. They were given to me by You, yet they will forever be Yours. Help me to and walk in constant communion with you. Let the seeds of my obedience fall into the ground of their heart. Let those seeds grow and cause my children and grandchildren to walk in obedience to You all the days of their lives.

I pray that you will bless my income. Let there be no lack. Amen.
